Ronevexa is a home renovation crew Austin homeowners call when the job is real work, not a showroom consult. We run kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, trim, framing, decks and the punch-list calls nobody wants to schedule a separate contractor for, out of the same shop we've had since we started.

Ronevexa trades under that one name, at ronevexa.com, and nowhere else.
Ronevexa is a small renovation and repair crew based in Austin, Texas, operating out of a rented shop bay on the east side of town. There are six of us on the crew, one truck, and eleven years of jobs behind that number. We are not a franchise territory and we do not resell another company's crew under our name — when you call the shop line, you get the same outfit that will show up to frame your wall or tile your shower.
That size is deliberate. A six-person crew can hold a schedule tight enough to promise a tear-out will finish in eighteen working days and mean it. A twenty-truck outfit subcontracting half its jobs can't make that promise stick, because the promise isn't theirs to keep. We stayed small enough that the person who wrote your scope is the person whose crew executes it.
We started as three guys and one van doing trim and drywall patch calls around East Austin. Eleven years on, the trades list is longer — kitchens, baths, flooring, framing, decks, fences — but the habit that got us the second and third jobs hasn't changed: write it down before anyone touches drywall.
What actually happens under this name
A written scope before a wall comes down
Every job that comes through Ronevexa gets a walk-through, then a written scope and materials list, before any demolition starts. That page is what you keep, not a verbal promise or a text thread that gets lost. It names the square footage or linear footage the price basis is built on, the materials by brand where it matters, and — this is the part most crews skip — what is not included.
We do the work ourselves on kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring installs and refinishing, drywall patching and painting, trim and built-in carpentry, small additions and framing, decks and fences, and half-day punch-list repairs. Panel changes, new circuits and gas line work go to a licensed electrician or plumber, named on the estimate line, not folded into ours at a markup. If a wall turns out to be load-bearing once it's open, the job stops until there's an engineered plan on paper, not a guess made on site to keep the schedule moving.
The founder still walks most first visits himself, tape measure and clipboard in hand, because the notes taken on that first walk-through are what the written scope gets built from.

How it started
Three guys, one van, and a habit that stuck
The crew started on trim and drywall patch calls, the jobs a general contractor won't send a whole team out for. A punch list here, a bathroom refresh there. What kept the phone ringing wasn't the work itself — plenty of crews can hang a door straight — it was that customers stopped getting surprised by the final number, because the number was written down before the first cut.
Eleven years and six people later, the trades list is longer and the truck carries more lumber, but the shop still runs on the same rule: if it's not on the written scope, it's not assumed, and if it changes mid-job, that change gets written down too before anyone keeps working.
